The city is an excellent starting point for the trip for the following reasons:
It has very good rail, road, and air facilities, therefore, reaching this destination from anywhere in the country is very easy. Apart from this, the city also offers links with tour operators, contract taxis, and shared Jeeps & taxis for transferring devotees from one site to another.
Moreover, the city witnesses a very hot climate during the summer season, i.e., April to June, and everyone wants to escape the scorching heat. Therefore, planning a holy excursion in these months is a wonderful idea as the weather is comparatively pleasant in the Himalayan region.
For booking, you just need to follow these basic steps:
It is always advised to stay in touch with our representative to know about any sudden changes in your vacation arrangements.
One can find various accommodation options at each of the holy sites. Check out some of the recommended places to stay at each stop:
The months of May & June or September & October are the bets periods for a visit to mountains, as the weather is quite pleasing and favourable in these few months. However, the pilgrimage is conducted all year round but one should never plan this journey in July and August because the region receives heavy rainfall in monsoon season and increases incidents of landslides and floods, making it unsafe for travellers.
