Tour Itinenary

Day 1 :Nagpur – Delhi, Delhi – Rishikesh (7 hr/230 km)

Today you’ll start the Chardham tour and arrive at Delhi Railway Station or Airport from Nagpur. You can catch the scheduled coach for Rishikesh and have an overnight journey.

Day 2 :Rishikesh – Barkot (7 hr/200 km)

By early morning you’ll reach Rishikesh which is known for its natural beauty and spiritual importance. Savor a nutritious breakfast in the morning and then head to enjoy the breathtaking attractions of Rishikesh including Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Geeta Ashram, and Swarg Ashram. After the sightseeing tour, you will head to Barkot. On the way, you will stop by Kempty Falls and appreciate its natural beauty. During the road trip, you can enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Himalayan ranges. After reaching Barkot you’ll be transferred to your pre-booked hotel where you will have an overnight stay.

Day 3 :Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (6 km Trek/45 km Road)

Today you will wake up early in the morning and head to Janki Chatti which is known to be the base camp for the trek to Yamunotri Shrine. If you do not want to undertake the trek on foot you can hire a doli or pony at your own cost. After ascending to Yamunotri Shrine you can pay your respect to Divya Shila, a sacred stone outside the Yamunotri Temple. You can then have the Prasadam of rice/ boiled potatoes prepared from being dipped in Surya Kund’s boiling water. Surya Kund is named after the Sun God Surya and is a thermal water spring. Seek the blessings of Goddess Yamunotri and admire the scintillating Himalayan landscapes. After the darshan, you’ll trek back to Janki Chatti. From Janki Chatti, you’ll be transferred in a private vehicle to Barkot. Have an overnight stay at your Barkot hotel.

Day 4 :Barkot – Uttarkashi (4 hrs/90 km)

After having a delicious breakfast at your hotel you’ll head to Uttarkashi from Barkot. On the way, you will stop by Prakateshwar Mahadev Temple. After arriving at Uttarkashi, you will check in to your hotel. After a short nap, you will head to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and seek the blessings of Lord Shiva. In the evening you’ll head back to your hotel and have an overnight stay.

Day 5 :Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (4hr/100 km)

Have a tasty breakfast in the morning and then you will continue your journey to Gangotri. The highlight of today’s trip will be the scenic drive to the bank of the Bhagirathi River. You can take a dip in the icy water of River Bhagirathi or perform various rituals on its holy bank. After reaching Gangotri Temple you will have the darshan of Goddess Ganga and admire the breathtaking landscapes. After the darshan of Goddess Ganga, you’ll return back to Uttarkashi. Once you have reached Uttarkashi you will check in to your hotel and have a delightful stay.

Day 6 :Uttarkashi – Srinagar (8 hr/205 km)

Have a scrumptious breakfast in the morning and then embark on a journey to Srinagar. On the way, you’ll see Tehri Dam which is one of the tallest in the world. If the pathway is not clear you may have to skip visiting Tehri Dam. After reaching Srinagar you will be transferred to your pre-booked hotel and you’ll have a relaxing sleep in your room.

Day 7 :Srinagar – Sitapur (4 hr/80 km)

Today you will wake up early in the morning and embark on a drive towards Phata/Sitapur. Along the way, we will stop by Dhari Devi Temple which is situated at Kalyasaur. Dhari Devi is known to be Uttarakhand’s guardian deity. Also, on the way you will stop by Rudraprayag, the first of the five confluences of Panch Prayag, where river Alaknanda and Mandakini merge together. At Rudraprayag, you can visit the Gauri Temple which is situated on the banks of the confluence. You can also witness the Narad Sila where Lord Shiva gifted Saint Narad the gift of music. You will then head to Guptkashi and admire its awe-inspiring natural beauty. After arriving at Sitapur, you will register for the trip to Kedarnath. Have an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 8 :Sitapur – Kedarnath – Sitapur (6 hrs/19 km Trek)

Today you’ll embark on a sacred trip to Kedarnath. Wake up early in the morning and then head to Sonprayag or Phata from where you can continue your journey to Kedarnath. You can even opt for a helicopter tour from Phata at your own cost. If you choose to trek then you will be transferred to Gaurikund, which is the starting point of the Kedarnath trek. After reaching Kedarnath you’ll seek the blessings of Lord Kedar and then you’ll trek back to your base camp. Have a relaxing stay at your camp.

Day 9 :Sitapur – Badrinath (9 hr/230 km)

Have the darshan of Lord Kedarnath in the morning and then you will continue your journey to Badrinath. During the road trip, you will stop by Vishnuprayag, Karnaprayag, Nandprayag, and the Narasimha Temple at Joshimath. Joshimath is one of the four Mathas established by Adi Shankaracharya. Once you have reached Badrinath you’ll check in to your pre-booked hotel and have an overnight stay.

Day 10 :Badrinath – Pipalkoti (4 hr/80 km)

Today you will wake up early in the morning and attend Badrinarayan’s pooja after taking a dip in Tapt Kund. Badrinath Temple is the sacred shrine of Lord Vishnu. After the darshan of Lord Vishnu, you will head back to Pipalkoti and have an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 11 :Pipalkoti – Haridwar – Delhi (6 hr/220 km)

By now we have covered all the Char Dham sites. Today you will embark on a scenic drive to Haridwar. On the way, you’ll stop by Devprayag where the waters of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda merge to form Ganga. From Devprayag the river has got its holy name. After reaching Haridwar, you will take a dip at Har-ki-Pauri. You will attend the Ganga Aarti and then head to Delhi. You will have an overnight journey.

Day 12 :Delhi Departure

Early in the morning, you will arrive in Delhi. With this, your Chardham yatra package from Nagpur will come to an end and you’ll get back to your hometown with tons of happy memories.
