Chardham Yatra Package from Delhi 2024

Day 1 :Delhi to Haridwar (214 kms / 6-7 hrs)

Pick up from Delhi Airport/Railway Station and transfer to Haridwar. Accommodation at hotel and later go for the evening Ganga Aarti at Har ki Pauri. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 2 :Haridwar to Barkot (210 kms / 6-7 hrs)

Proceed to the road journey from Haridwar to Barkot via Mussoorie. En-route visit Kempty Falls. An early check-in at the hotel in Barkot should be done to cover up the sightseeing for the day. Accommodation at Barkot for dinner and then for the night.

Day 3 :Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (42 kms drive / 6 kms trek)

Road journey to Jankichatti or Phoolchatti and then trek to Yamunotri. Visit Jamnabai Kund shrine as well as Yamunotri Ji Temple. Retreat back to Barkot for dinner and night halt.

Day 4 :Barkot to Uttarkashi (100 kms / 5-6 hrs)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. Spend early morning at Kashi Vishwanath Temple and in the evening, go to Uttarkashi Market. Dinner followed by a night stay in Uttarkashi.

Uttarkashi- Uttarkashi is also referred to as the Kashi of the north and is Hinduism’s one of the holiest towns encompassing both natural prowess and divinity. Tourists can experience multiple thrilling activities alongside the attractions such as Dodital lake, Nachiketa Lake, Dodital Dayara Pass Trek, and the Dayara Bugyal trek.

Day 5 :Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 kms / 3-4 hrs each way)

Drive early in the morning to Gangotri. Go for a sightseeing trip to Tapt Kund and the Gangotri Temple. Proceed for dinner and overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 6 :Uttarkashi to Sitapur (230 kms / 9-10 hrs)

Drive to Sitapur via Moolgarh & Lambgaon. On the way visit Mandakini River and ArdhNarishwar Temple in Guptkashi. Dinner and Night halt at Sitapur.

Guptkashi- Guptkashi at 1,319 meters in the Kedar-khand is highly popular in Hinduism for its several ancient temples of Lord Shiva, including the Vishwanath temple and the temple for the Ardhnarishwar form of Lord Shiva. It is also believed to have historical connection with the times of Mahabharata.

Day 7 :Sitapur to Kedarnath

Option 1: Helicopter service for Kedarnath visit. Darshan & Pooja. Spend the night in Kedarnath or travel back to Sitapur.

Option 2: Trek from Sonprayag/Gaurikund to Kedarnath shrine. Darshan & Pooja. Accommodation in Kedarnath or back to Sitapur overnight.

Day 8 :Kedarnath to Govindghat / Sitapur

Option 1: Helicopter ride back to Sitapur. Next, to Govindghat. Overnight stay in Govindghat.

Option 2: Start your car-trek to Govindghat from Kedarnath or Sitapur. Overnight stay in Govindghat.

Day 9 :Govindghat to Badrinath

Drive to Badrinath, visit the hot water spring known as Tapt Kund and the Temple of Badrinath. Overnight stay in Badrinath.

Badrinath Temple: Located near the Alaknanda river, one of the holiest places in India – Badrinath is one of the four Char Dham pilgrimages with the most stunning view of the Himalayan mountains. Located near this temple is the Tapt Kund which is believed to possess therapeutic qualities.

Tapt Kund: Tapt kund is another Sulphur Kund situated near the Badrinarayan temple where it is believed that Agni Dev received boon from Lord Vishnu.

Mana Village: Mana Village is the first village of India starting from Badrinath where one can get trekking facilities as well as religious and historically important caves like the Vyas cave of Mahabharata Period, other Caves, etc.

Vyas Gufa:Located at Mana village, Vyas Gufa is a cave where it is believed that Maharshi Vyas recounted the Mahabharata while Ganesha documented it.

Day 10 :Badrinath to Rudraprayag / Srinagar (160 kms / 6-7 hrs)

Head from Joshimath to Rudraprayag/Srinagar. Visit Narsingh Temple. Lunch & dinner at Rudraprayag/Srinagar. Overnight halt at Rudraprayag/Srinagar for night stay.

Joshimath: Joshimath, which is also called Jyotirmath, is situated at an altitude of 6150 meters in Chamoli district; it becomes the winter abode of Badrinath and the idol of Lord Badri is shifted here from Badrinath.

Rudraprayag: Rudraprayag is the place where Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers meet; it is the entrance to both Badrinath and Kedarnath.

Day 11 :Rudraprayag/Srinagar to Haridwar (160 kms / 6-7 hrs)

Continue driving to Haridwar, visit Dhari Devi Temple, DevPrayag and arrive at Rishikesh. Watch the prayer ceremony at the Har ki Pauri ghat on the ganga river. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Rishikesh: Rishikesh is famous for adventure sports, religious places, and the scenic beauty of nature; it is popularly known as the Yoga capital of the world and is the host to the international yoga festival every year. Located at the Shiva Sagar, near the confluence of the holy rivers Ganga and Chandrabhage, with Himalayan background, there are additional options for tourists like White Water Rafting, Bungee Jumping, and Mountain Biking. Day 12 :Haridwar to Delhi (160 kms / 6-7 hrs)
