Itinerary Details

Same Day :Dehradun – Yamunotri – Dehradun

7:00 am - You will depart from the Dehradun's Sahastradhara helipad. You should ensure to be on time. It is important to reach the helipad location at least an hour before the scheduled departure time.

8:00 am - After an hour's journey you will arrive at Kharsali from where you will start your trekking journey of around 6 km to Yamunotri Dham. If you do not want to trek you can opt for an alternate way of traveling to the temple such as palki or doli. At least 2 hours will be required to cover the walking journey.

1:00 pm - You can take around 5 hours to complete your journey and have the darshan of Mata Yamunotri. After that, you will head back to Kharsali and board the helicopter that will take you to Dehradun. With this, your Yamunotri helicopter Yatra will finally come to an end leaving you with many happy memories that you'll relish for years to come.
